Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for damaged goods. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, contact us at mashadiishop@gmail.com. We'll guide you through the process. Please don't send items back without our prior approval.

Damages and Issues

  • Please make a video while opening the parcel incase of any damage/missing item, send us the video at  mashadiishop@gmail.com. on the same day of delivery.
  • NO claims will be accepted without video, the video should be of before parcel opening and should be without any pauses and cuts.
  • Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchange Guidelines

  • To exchange an item, return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item after our approval.
  • Exchange must be submitted within 6-7 days.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet these criteria.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Delivery Fees Will Be Charged On All Exchange Orders. Exchanged Orders Will Be Processed Within 7-10 Days.

Refund Process

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll receive a refund on your original payment method within 10 business days.
